PRE-REGISTRATION is required for all classes. To register for a group class, please submit an online web evaluation form. Just click on the name of the trainer in the schedule below who is conducting the class that you are interested in attending, then click on "Free Training Evaluation" to submit the form. After receiving your profile the trainer will contact you to discuss your training goals and schedule your free training evaluation appointment. If you have any questions, please call the trainer for more information. If you are a past student and we already have your profile, please contact your trainer or head office. PLEASE only call one trainer for assistance.....thank you!
